Motel Motel Latinski Most

The Motel Latinski Most is located in the heart of the old part of Sarajevo, in the immediate vicinity of all sights and attractions, public transportation, exclusive restaurants and foreign embassies. Built between 1881 and 1883, the motel was completely renovated in 2006, preserving its authentic style. The building is of great cultural and historic importance. The Motel Latinski Most is only 15 metres from the Latin Bridge, after which it is named - the site of the assassination in 1914 of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and his wife Sophie. All city monuments, such as the Bascarsija, the Town Hall, the Emperor’s Bridge, the Gazi Husrev Beg Mosque, the Old Orthodox Church and the Museum of the City of Sarajevo are about 50 metres away. The family-owned Motel Latinski Most boasts a friendly atmosphere, professional staff available 24 hours a day, and video surveillance. The comfortable and clean rooms are functionally furnished in a traditional Austro-Hungarian style. The motel has its own car which is used for the transfer from the airport to the motel and back. During winter the staff at Latinski Most organises free trips to the mountains (Bjelasnica, Jahorina). In the summertime excursions to Mostar, Medjugorje or Buna can be arranged. Those trips require a minimum number of 4 participants.
